TODO for AI is the next-generation AI workspace for high performers. Your whole team and its agents work on one shared board, pushing the company forward at full speed.
How it works
- Start with your website. The AI reads it and learns your business: what you sell, who buys, how you sound.
- It proposes the work. It puts tasks worth doing on your board, ideas to grow the business, not only the ones you thought to write down. Approve them or dismiss them; it learns from both.
- It does the work. Agents complete tasks in your own tools: your logged-in Chrome, your PC, your servers or a cloud VM, and any CLI you install. You get the finished thing, not advice.
- Your team sees everything. People and agents work the same items on one board, and everyone sees who or which agent did what.
What makes us different
Every other product does part of this:
- Work tools (Notion, Linear, ClickUp, Asana, Microsoft 365) have the shared board, but their agents stay inside the app.
- AI agents (Claude Cowork, Copilot Cowork, ChatGPT, Manus, Claude Code, Cursor) do the work, but in private sessions and only when asked.
TODO for AI does all of it:
- Proposes the work from what it knows about your business, and learns from what you dismiss. Other agents run on a prompt, a trigger or a rule you wrote.
